About the position

The DEI summer internship plays a key role in driving DEI—an HR Focus Area— and helps deliver on Tiffany’s 2025 Sustainability Goals. The DEI summer intern will support the programming, administration, and operations for the DEI department. The intern will work closely with the DEI Manager and Specialist on all aspects of the DEI Strategy—Talent, Culture and Brand.
Note: This is an exciting opportunity for the DEI department to invite new voices and perspectives to shape its programming and strategy, increasing diversity of thought for the team.
Dates: This position will begin on June 5th and end on August 11th. Candidates are asked to be available to work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: Compensation for this position is $25 per hour working a total of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Research best practices on DEI and employee engagement to help inform strategy and initiatives.
Provide production support for events and programming, including liaising with vendors, IT assistance, project timelines, etc. Support the ongoing activity of the Tiffany Global Employee Resource Groups and Tiffany Cares, Tiffany’s employee philanthropy program.
Assist in developing and reviewing presentations, status updates, surveys and DEI weekly communications (e.g. DEI Newsletter).
Provide key administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and updating the DEI and ERG Sharepoint Sites to keep the Tiffany employee community informed and engaged.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled or recently completed BA/BS or Master's degree
Strong interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion with high EQ
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently
Prior experience or exposure to DEI, community affairs, social justice, or related field
