About the position
We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative, and are looking for an Email and SMS Coordinator to join us in building the next generation of intimates.
Reporting to the Manager of Email & SMS Marketing, this individual will support our customer marketing programs through campaign planning & deployment. This is an entry level role offering a great opportunity for someone to learn the fundamentals of digital marketing quickly in a fast-paced business.
Responsibilities
Support the department in the upkeep of the email/SMS marketing calendar, sharing key information about all upcoming campaigns
Create Asana tickets for all email & sms campaign needs (copy, creative etc), working with the marketing team to track asset delivery
Assist with writing creative briefs to inform the objective & content of email & sms campaigns
Build email & SMS templates & schedule campaigns for deployment in Klaviyo & Attentive
Build audience segments for different campaigns, targeting specific messaging to the most appropriate recipients
Support the department with building daily, weekly, monthly reports to track campaign performance against targets, gather creative insights and understand cohort-level trends
Utilize personalization tools to tailor campaign content to particular audience cohorts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (marketing, digital, computer science, business)
Excellent analytical skills and highly proficient with MS Excel or similar tools.
Hand-on experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive (or similar ESP tools) preferred
Experience with fashion/beauty e-commerce businesses
Close attention to details and highly organized.
Self-motivated and takes initiative; must be able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. May require some evening and/or weekend availability to support business launches
Salary range 65-75k
