About the Position

As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing our micro-influencer program and community engagement initiatives. You will support the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing in executing influencer campaigns, building relationships with micro-influencers, and fostering a vibrant community around the Sunday Riley brand.

Responsibilities

Micro-Influencer Seeding & Community Management (50%):

Micro-Influencer Program:

  • Manage micro-influencer sendouts, strategy, communication, and recruitment, ensuring timely execution of all plans.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage daily with micro-influencer posts/stories on Instagram and TikTok.

  • Foster positive, trusted relationships with existing and prospective micro-influencers.

Performance Tracking and Listening:

  • Track performance metrics and complete weekly Powerpoint summaries

  • Assist in post-campaign analysis across paid and earned influencer marketing efforts.

  • Monitor daily metrics via software dashboards to ensure all activity is captured.

  • Report on trends, content, and collaborations within the influencer community.

Budget

  • Track monthly budget and invoices from start to completion

Content Coordination (45%):

  • Support the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing with creator outreach, day-to-day communications, and content review for mid, macro, and mega influencers.

  • Support cross functionals with nano influencer strategies.

Always On Support (5%):

  • Day to day negotiations and communication with influencers

  • Assist with outreach for event attendance and integrated activations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for influencer management.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Passion for skincare and staying updated on industry trends.
