About the position

This position supports the Production Manager in all services necessary for the basic operation.

Responsibilities

  • Enter all Factory PO’s, update all changes to WIPs in multiple systems to ensure accurate reporting data & smooth receipt of WIP into inventory.

  • Troubleshoot factory delays, shipping, and delivery issues.

  • Style creation.

  • Ensure all sales tools are updated and accurate.

  • Special projects as required.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and completion skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills

  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. This is driven by the ability to effectively prioritize tasks based upon the degree of urgency.

  • Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.

  • High school Diploma or Equivalent

  • 0-2 years’ experience in related field.

Additional Information

  • Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $24/hr - $26/hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors.
