About the Position
The URBN Employer Branding Coordinator will focus on attracting top talent by enhancing URBN’s reputation as an employer of choice. The Employer Branding Coordinator will collaborate with various internal departments to create engaging content, manage social media presence, assist with interview scheduling and support various recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
Employer Branding
Assist in leading all aspect of recruiting social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, URBN Careers website, TikTok, etc.) and day-to-day maintenance and engagement
Identity appropriate social media platforms, objectives, and content to build a best-in-class strategy, in partnership with the social, digital, recruiting and communications teams
Develop engaging content for social media platforms, career sites, and job postings
Collaborate with internal teams to showcase employee stories, company culture, and benefits
Partner with brands to showcase current job openings to feature on their social platforms to increase candidate pipelines
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content and recruitment strategies
Create graphics in Canva to be featured on social channels (new role posting on LinkedIn, Employee Feature, Job Feature, etc.)
Proactively create new pipeline sources where needed, e.g. job boards, external partnerships, agencies, organizations, platforms, etc.
Track and report on the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns and initiatives
Administrative Recruiting Support
Contact and schedule candidates for onsite interviews at the Navy Yard office location
Be at the office for onsite interviews to help with the candidate’s schedule
Send out all information related to interviews including schedule/instructions/directions/ and travel information
Book travel and accommodations for onsite interviews, stay, and tours
Allocate expenses and handle reimbursements for candidates
Provide campus tours for candidates
Coordinate Zoom and phone interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers/interview panels
Work with Recruiters and hiring teams to resolve scheduling conflicts in order to arrange for prompt interviews
Assist with all other administrative tasks as assigned such as creating documents, reports, taking notes, etc.
Provide coverage for other TA Coordinators as needed
Assist in seasonal talent department focuses such as internships, interview days, and Field to Home Office
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a professional office environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
Proficiency in social media platforms – specifically TikTok, Instagram & LinkedIn
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Team player that enjoys collaborative environment
Attention to detail with creative mindset
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
Capability to make decisions independently
