About the Position
As the Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the Account Manager as well as the larger Brand Partnerships team on their top-tier brand & sponsorship accounts.
Responsibilities
Provide thorough administrative support including but not limited to, scheduling external and internal meetings and note-taking during meetings & conference calls, for Partnerships team.
Support Account Manager with managing deliverables for large scale projects, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of said deliverables
Manage communications/needs between internal teams and external companies as directed by manager
Assist with project recaps, contract needs, pitch proposals, invoicing & other miscellaneous requests
Work on special projects as needed or requested
Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships
Route materials internally as well as track & organize historical documentation
Research information and support materials for client projects as directed by manager
Keeps current on marketing trends and developments
Requirements
What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Resourceful, proactive, solutions oriented mindset.
Ability to take direction well, attention to detail, a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company.
Minimum Candidate Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience/internships in brand partnerships and/or brand marketing
Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite, In-Design or related programs; Tasks may include creating presentations, proposal decks & managing various spreadsheets.
Bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing, Business or related degrees
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with fashion, tech, or consumer goods marketing
Knowledge of the principles and practices of marketing, including digital marketing strategies.
Passion for beauty, skincare, fashion
Knowledge of project management tools such as Airtable or Asana, for tracking project timelines and deliverables.
E-commerce apparel experience, including familiarity with online retail platforms and consumer behavior

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $20.00/hr to $24.00/hr.
