About the Position

Anthropologie Group is seeking an individual to execute retention marketing channel strategy for Anthropologie, Anthropologie Weddings & Terrain. This includes email marketing campaigns, calendar management, and weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Anthropologie brand, and is a team player who will have a shopkeeper mentality/strong sense of responsibility for their managed channels. They should have the ability to think critically with a desire to grow their career in the digital media landscape within the retail vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Execute retention strategy across email, web, and app, ensuring the implementation of best practices to maximize deliverability and maintain appropriate segmentation and cadence for our customers

  • Assist in the management of the monthly retention channel marketing calendar

  • Work to become an expert on Anthropologie audiences and segmentation, partnering with the Analytics Team to provide relevant audience data and recommendation

  • Contribute to reporting and enhancing processes and campaign performance

  • Work with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams on day-to-day execution of emails, push notifications, etc.

  • Stay up to date on email best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

  • Partner with key external vendors

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Passion for the Anthropologie brand and consumer experience

  • Excellent communication skills: ability to liaise effectively between teams, external vendors, and management

  • Analytical mindset, ability to analyze data and surface insights and optimizations, intellectual curiosity, a customer-centric and data-driven mindset

  • A collaborative, ‘team-first’ attitude alongside an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to move quickly

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP experience highly preferred

  • HTML experience is a plus
