About the Position
Digital Coordinator position to support the Aerie Brand Channel Management team with a focus on the digital channels inclusive of the website, email and #AerieREAL life blog. This position will support the planning and execution for all digital marketing for both the Aerie and OFFLINE by Aerie brands.
Responsibilities
Assist Digital Brand Team to sustain and grow the Aerie business through all digital platforms; website, app, email, mobile, #Aerie Real Life blog
Work with manager to develop seasonal online/multi-channel marketing plans/ initiatives for aerie.com that support overall brand strategy and provide return on investment
Manage email plan execution from to plan to hand off
Support Design and Copy teams with day-to-day communications and content coordination
Assist with asset routing, campaign communications, creative trafficking and interface maintenance including creating and uploading lease-line offers and exclusive offers
Assist Manager with management of business priorities and updates to ensure seamless communication across Design and Copy teams
Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to improve overall marketing campaigns and promotions
Become the lead on competitive recapping including product features, creative, promotional marketing, etc. and present your findings and recommendations for the Aerie brand to team on an ongoing basis
Maintain weekly digital creative reports and historical marketing documents.
Assist Manager with the management of the #Aerie Real Life blog including but not limited to planning digital marketing support for posts, initiatives, project brief creation, asset management, and brainstorming new creative content.
Work closely with management, Business Strategies, CRM, Email and Direct Merchandising teams to deliver an integrated marketing plan for online, outlining objectives, promotions, major initiatives, and customer strategies.

Qualifications
BS/BA or equivalent work experience
2+ years of relevant marketing experience
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to think strategically
Knowledge of digital marketing competitive landscape
Results driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented
Attention to detail and deadlines, ability to react quickly to change
Ability to work independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with cross functional teams
Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, Google Suite, WordPress, & InDesign is a plus

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
