About the Position
The Global Influencer & PR Marketing intern for KVD Beauty is responsible for supporting the North America & International Influencer and PR teams for KVD Beauty. They will aid in plan & asset delivery, coordinate product and shipping needs, and research influencers. Upon demonstrating success in organizational tasks, you may have the opportunity to participate in Influencer and PR brainstorms.
In this position, you will gain exposure to the fun, fast-paced world of Influencer & PR from a Global perspective. Discover the role that Influencer & PR play in marketing campaigns and understand how overarching plans are translated across international regions.
Kendo Brands Summer Internship is a paid ($22.00 per hr) ten-week program where you will be focused on an assigned project, while being introduced to and fully integrated into the daily activities of your team. For Summer 2023, our program will be 100% virtual. You will get the opportunity to explore a department and learn what it is like to develop a career at a beauty brand incubator. Our internships will include exposure to senior leadership in the Kendo organization and regular check-ins on internship status. Interns will also get an opportunity to learn about LVMH and how Kendo fits into the LVMH family.

Qualified candidates must be a rising junior, senior or class of 2023 graduate. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Kendo’s internship program will be a fulltime ten-week program. Candidates must be available to work June 5 – August 18 (Week of July 3rd – July 7th off for vacation).
Responsibilities
Attend international calls and assist in employing global pr & influencer strategy by communicating updates effectively and coordinating timely delivery of plans and assets.
Facilitate PR & influencer marketing product requests across NA and international.
Continuously research TikTok subcultures within and outside of beauty. The goal is to identify the top influencers and trend-setters that have an affinity with KVD and propose partnership ideas.
Other
Supports Global Influencer & Events needs from briefing in assets to shipping product to helping build gifting lists and supporting outreach.
Manages all product orders for events & influencer needs, while also managing the department’s product inventory, allowing the team to ensure all products are on hand for immediate influencer or other needs.
Participate in brainstorms and influencer content/campaign ideation.
Coordinates all shipping needs, including last minute influencer sponsorship requests, and international and domestic marketing requests.
Requirements
Rising Junior, Senior or 2023 Graduate. Business, Marketing or Communications degrees preferred
Strong research and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Attention to detail
Creative thinking
Love for social (including but not limited to Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok) & interest in the Influencer space
Passion and enthusiasm for beauty
