About the Position

The Influencer Relations Intern will assist with the execution of influencer marketing efforts for Fenty Beauty. They will coordinate all aspects of influencer and artistry identification including personalized gifting. They must be a strong communicator and balance priorities and requests.


Kendo Brands Summer Internship is a paid ($22.00 per hr) ten-week program where you will be focused on an assigned project, while being introduced to and fully integrated into the daily activities of your team. For Summer 2023, our program will be 100% virtual. You will get the opportunity to explore a department and learn what it is like to develop a career at a beauty brand incubator. Our internships will include exposure to senior leadership in the Kendo organization and regular check-ins on internship status. Interns will also get an opportunity to learn about LVMH and how Kendo fits into the LVMH family.

Qualified candidates must be a rising junior, senior or class of 2023 graduate. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Kendo’s internship program will be a fulltime ten-week program. Candidates must be available to work June 5 – August 18 (Week of July 3rd – July 7th off for vacation).

Responsibilities

  • Support gifting efforts across Fenty Beauty

  • Identify influencers and content creators across all major social media platforms

  • Stay abreast of influencer marketing and beauty industry trends and developments

  • Brainstorm and ideate within influencer marketing department

  • Assist with program performance data collection and reporting

Requirements

  • Be a rising Junior, Senior or 2023 graduate

  • Organized, detail-oriented and proactive

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area Office

  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • Passionate about the principles and practices of influencer marketing

Other information

Compensation: From $22.00 to $22.00 per hour
