About the Position

Looking for beauty addicts with strategic, global mindsets - if you love beauty and are excited to take FENTY BEAUTY + FENTY SKIN worldwide, this internship is for you!

Fenty Beauty is sold in 44 countries around the globe and strives to offer the best-in-class shopping experience no matter where you live or choose to purchase our brands. Although we’re know to have some of the most amazing creative in the beauty industry, our brand representation can look very different amongst our various global retailers which influences our customers product and brand experience. In this internship you will partner closely with global cross functional teams to enhance our retailer digital commerce platforms, implementing strategies to improve client navigation and product storytelling thru creative. You will work across our global organization and be responsible for auditing and improving digital product pages.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize: Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s needs as well as our competitor’s offerings to create a unique edge to our product proposition on digital platforms

  • Position: Define, test and refine our global eccom product page messaging and creative representation in collaboration with sales and creative teams

  • Build: Deliver a compelling, end-to-end customer experience at the digital of point of sale

  • Analyze: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to test experience and make data-backed improvements

  • Influence: Create a process that allows digital and sales team to effectively use creative assets in sales conversion

Requirements

  • Passion for cosmetics and beauty industry a must, interested in beauty and skin care trends

  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on - You are willing to roll up sleeves and go deep into the assigned problem

  • Customer service-oriented

  • Strong strategic and creative thinker with an international mindset

  • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced and rapidly changing

  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities and work within matrixed organization

  • Must be PowerPoint savvy

Other information

Compensation: From $22.00 to $22.00 per hour
