About the Position

Requirements

  • Daily Social Media Engagement: You are an active, daily user and creator on social media, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and Instagram.

  • Content Creation Skills: You possess an exceptional ability to produce relevant content across various platforms. You excel in at least one, preferably all, of the following: producing, design, video editing, social media copywriting.

  • Industry Experience: A preferable background in Beauty and/or Fast Fashion.

  • Educational Background: Degree in videography or design, or equivalent relevant experience. You must provide recent social media content examples.

  • Creative Passion: Demonstrated passion, curiosity, and experience in ideating, strategizing, and creating social media content, especially TikTok videos.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and eager to learn and evolve using other efficient tools for social-first content creation, including mobile creator apps and in-app editing (e.g., Instagram Story creation, TikTok editing).

  • Personal Attributes: You are curious, responsible, accountable, and passionate about personal interests and hobbies. You are kind, compassionate, and empathetic, valuing collaborative magic.

Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Create emotional, impactful, and strategic organic content for the SuperOrdinary brand account.

  • Conceptualization and Strategy: Develop and strategize organic content ideas, transforming branded content into diverse social media assets (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.).

  • Platform Management: Manage and operate the brand’s TikTok platform.

  • Analytics and Strategy: Utilize analytics and data to craft strategic organic content for the brand.

  • Media Utilization: Work with a variety of video and static imagery, converting them into platform-specific content assets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with creators to produce and manipulate video, short clips, photography, social copy, gifs, streaming stories, etc.

  • Skill Enhancement: Continuously enhance your design, editing, and copywriting skills using industry-standard software and social platforms.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teammates to meet rapid turnaround times, capture trending moments, and provide and receive feedback, maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
