About the Position

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team and oversee the social media department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of creating and managing innovative social media strategies. This role is central to our efforts to amplify client brands, drive engagement, and achieve measurable success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity to ensure clients’ social media presence remains innovative and relevant.

  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned content.

Team Oversight

  • Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists and coordinators, ensuring productivity and professional growth.

  • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations for the social media team.

  • Ensure that deadlines, campaign goals, and client expectations are met.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze social media performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Generate comprehensive reports for clients, detailing key metrics, campaign results, and actionable insights.

Client Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the social media team.

  • Attend client meetings to present strategies, updates, and performance reports.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand client campaigns and services.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and brand-appropriate content.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.

  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
