About the Position
The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in day-to-day activities across all functions.
Responsibilities
Help execute and support PR/influencer strategy and gifting
Support retail marketing needs, including completion of new item set up forms, distribution of retailer.com assets and tracking exposures for Kosas and key competition
Proactively maintain 360 marketing calendar, ensuring it is kept up to date for all key functions
Manage and track all product comps/gratis/samples to support the business
Manage and track invoices
Assist with new product development, managing competitive analysis and supporting ongoing consumer insights from reviews and social media
Help analyze and track overall marketing trends and activity, including but not limited to social media and experiential

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in marketing field
2-3 years relevant experience with increasing responsibility
Passion for Beauty; previous beauty company experience a plus
Strong working knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Other Information
This is a temporary position. The range of base hourly wage for this temporary position is between $23-$25 per hour. Please note that the base hourly wage range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
