Job Description
Her Campus Media is seeking a remote, part-time Community Marketing & Community Coordinator (contracted to 20 hours per week) to support the day-to-day campaign work of Her Campus Media’s InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetter, College Fashionista, Her Campus Chapter Network and Spoon University communities. This person will play a critical role in Her Campus Media’s campaign execution and will directly support the Community Marketing team in creating campaign materials, researching trends, and communicating with community members. This role will report directly to the Manager, Community Marketing. Responsibilities & Duties
Support the Community Marketing team during the post-sale campaign execution process
Serve as a main point of contact for prospective and new chapters and community members who participate in campaigns with our community and brand partners
Execute day-to-day community campaign recruitment efforts
Assist in creating materials for campaign applications, campaign briefs and guidelines for participating chapters and community members (including timelines, messaging and requirements for their scope of work) based on client guidelines
Organize, monitor and track campaign updates and contracted content as it is published, ensuring all participating creators are following guidelines and timelines
Update and maintain internal databases with key information for respective communities
Compile community campaign key learning reports
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or on track to receive degree by 2023
Experience in the InfluenceHer Collective, College Fashionista, Campus Trendsetter, Her Campus Chapter Network or Spoon University community is preferred
Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail and eye for design
Superior organizational abilities
Self-starter with go-getter attitude, positive and upbeat nature, and excellent work ethic who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and is excited about working in a startup environment
Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions and manage relationships
Fluency with social media and typical office technology and software
