About the Position

This role will support the Director of International Accounts in managing and coordinating trade marketing activities for our international retailers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and product launches in a growing Wholesale organization. 

Expectations

Six Month Expectations 

  • Manage international retailer product setup forms and ensure timely submission of documents

  • Collaborate with the International Sales Director to fulfill all retailer creative needs including retailer dotcom, merchandising, collateral, event materials, comps, education etc, from brief to final deliver

  • Oversee retailer sampling and GWP forecasting, planning, execution, and budgeting

  • Maintain retailer International marketing calendars for all international retailers. Develop retailer specific calendars to track launch dates and programs

  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Project Manager to submit briefs to Creative for all trade marketing needs

  • Maintain assortment and VM documents for each retail partner

  • Assist in managing retailers co-op and sampling budgets

  • Submit all invoices and POs promptly to A/P

  • Track and manage all incoming costs to keep budgets updated

  • Identity and escalate budget irregularities and overages to the senior team

Twelve + Month Expectations

  • Continue performing all 6 month responsibilities independently

  • Plan and execute product launches coordinating with sales and marketing

  • Work with PR and Social Teams on digital support for retail partners

  • Consistently meet project and campaign due dates 

  • Continue identifying and addressing budget issues

  • Work with Sales Director to develop seasonal and long-term retailer-specific strategies, plan and execute successful product launches & always on marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Trade Marketing, Marketing or related field experience

  • Experience working with wholesalers or department stores, Sephora a plus

  • Self-starter, solution-minded, highly organized and detail-oriented 

  • Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects with cross functional partners 

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through is a must

  • Must have ability to think strategically, conceptualize new ideas, initiate change and react to fast-paced environment

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal capabilities with external partners and internal functional groups

  • Strong analytical skills, quantitative analysis and budget management

  • Ability to travel as needed
