About the Position
As the e.l.f. Skin Marketing Intern, you’ll be an integral part of the marketing team, contributing to various initiatives that will help shape the success of the brand. You’ll gain experience in sampling, marketing planning, event coordination, sales and more. This is a paid internship position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in marketing and strategy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Events: you will work closely with our experiential marketing team to coordinate event logistics, creative and other critical deliverables to create impactful, on-brand events.
Internal team communications: lead monthly internal brand newsletter highlighting team wins for the month, latest news in e.l.f. Skin world and upcoming brand activations to be aware of
Market research: keep close tabs on competitors, in clean beauty and in the celebrity beauty space, provide recommendations to the marketing, social and digital teams on opportunities for execution based on market trends.
Misc: Support on reporting and marketing presentations and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to commit to a 9-12month internship
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and passion for the beauty industry is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and excel
