About the Position
The Global Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting development and execution of Crocs’ go-to-market product campaigns, driving relevancy and consideration among audiences and ensuring alignment with the brand.
This role will be a key point of contact for global and cross-functional partners on all aspects of integrated marketing and will support the product marketing process from conceptualization to activation, including partnering with Creative on concept development and content creation, collaborating with cross-functional partners to help define and drive global marketing campaigns, certifying alignment across channels and content, and ensuring that campaigns are implemented magnificently. Additionally, this person will be responsible for leading campaign reporting for their projects by soliciting channel inputs and performance insights to identify overarching wins and findings.

Responsibilities
Assists Sr. Manager, Global Integrated Marketing in leading cross-functional and consumer-centric product marketing programs, driven research, and special programs as needed.
Efficiently drives the activation and coordination of global product marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability, including:
Fully coordinated product marketing plans
Flawless integration and execution
Channel support throughout the commercialization process
Regional marketing support for local adaptation and execution of global strategy
Partners closely and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Global Product, Merchandising, and Ecommerce to support product launches holistically for the organization.
Enables conversation and collaboration among global, regional, and channel teams with excellent communication skills, providing a chance to share status, results, and ideas surrounding key marketing activations.
Writes creative briefs that are compelling and clear; collaborates with Global Creative team to ensure projects are carried out on-time and on-brief.
Ensures that all marketing plans are globally relevant and regionally adaptable, partnering closely with regional peers to localize and adapt plans as warranted based on market insights and analytics.
Drives the development, socialization, and institutionalization of content that supports global marketing programs.
Prepares campaign playbooks and performance reports for wide range of audiences.
Drives project management for assigned campaigns, ensuring projects stay on track with seasonal timelines and process.
Analyzes consumer trends and insights, market analysis, and marketing standard processes to build successful strategies.
Develops a deep understanding of Crocs’ consumers and brand to thoughtfully incorporate into all campaigns.
Leads multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Qualifications
BS or BA in business, marketing or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience including background working in international marketing; experience working with an apparel or footwear brand preferred.
Strong background in content, ecommerce, or digital marketing preferred.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience with and understanding of go-to-market process and marketing channel strategies.
Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, efficiently handle time, and operate with sense of urgency; be able to develop and promote a highly collaborative environment.
Capable of handling sophisticated situations in a changing environment, with ability to consider sophisticated decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international acumen with all levels of seniority effectively and professionally.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
