About the Position
The Associate will support all key functions of the Consumer Engagement marketing team; including Public Relations and Influencer Marketing, Paid Advertising (digital, video, print, audio) and Financial Tracking
Responsibilities
Work cross functionally among all CE Functions to drive US business
PR/Comms/Influencer/Eventing
Assist PR Manager in identification and relationship building of key editors and Influencers in the US Market for Clinique
Help create/maintain influencer database
Track, measure and compile reports outlining all placements, press clips and awards
Report on social listening in the market place to identify trends for Clinique to participate in
Partner with NA PR manager & ED on translation of global priority programs/execution in US
Maintain product closet and mailings from Clinique
Secure PR products with Global Marketing ahead of launch
Attend global and North America marketing statuses and sharer recaps to create synergy amongst all departments
Assist in event curation and execution, assisting with agency follow ups, product compilation, day of set up/break down, etc.
Paid Media
Assist with identification of integration of PR and Influencer placements into Paid Advertising, outline and track paid rights usage, share assets with paid media manager to leverage in paid digital/social marketing efforts
Partner with paid media manager on assessment of globally produced digital and print creative assets for paid campaigns
Compile and own CE sampling forecasts and tracking
Assist with briefing/execution of all paid sampling & ratings/reviews campaigns
Work to develop and execute Clinique MultiCultural marketing efforts
Finance
Partner with ED Consumer Engagement on Finance tracking in SAP and PO Creation
Track and maintain non-working media budgets/spends
Ensure internal finance trackers are up to date with latest media investment spends
Manage Passport projections & actualization entries for all paid media
Own invoice resolutions
Miscellaneous
Track and save all important documents (briefs, measurement, flowcharts, screenshots, etc.) on team sharepoint
Qualifications
The candidate should have 2-3 years of related experience.
BA/BS from top school preferred.
PR experience preferred but not required.
Digital Marketing / Advertising experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Beauty Influencer space required
Highly detail oriented and strong writing and presentation skills.
Requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partners.
Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Some travel will be required
