We’ve always known that shopping secondhand is a great way to save money, find unique pieces, and shop sustainably. But, we often found the experience clunky and time-consuming, and after talking with many others, we realized they felt the same way. That’s why we created Beni. Now, you can shop like you always have, while Beni does the hard work of digging for the best deals. It's resale shopping without the thrift store hassle — magic.

About the Position

We’re looking for a variety of content creators to help us reach new audiences. Whether you’re a mom who loves shopping sustainably for your kids, an outdoor enthusiast who uses resale to score amazing deals on high quality gear, or a college student who thrifts online to find the latest brands on a budget, you’ll be instrumental in growing our brand awareness and championing the resale movement.

Dates

This is a remote position starting in October 2024.

What to Expect

You’ll be responsible for producing, filming and editing short-form video content to post to TikTok, Instagram Reels and/or YouTube Shorts. You will work directly with our head of marketing to concept engaging videos, but you will also have the opportunity to create and execute your own ideas.

You will be compensated for each video and earn performance-based bonuses.

Qualities We’re Looking For

• Experience creating short form videos for TikTok, Instagram and/or YouTube.

• Ability to communicate compelling messages and engage viewers through storytelling.

• Capacity to come up with innovative ideas for videos and ways to showcase Beni in unique, relatable ways.

• Awareness of current social media trends and the ability to adapt content to be timely and relevant.

• Flexibility to shift creative approaches based on feedback and changing objectives.

• Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Familiarity with shopping secondhand with Beni and a passion for sustainable fashion.
