Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Day-to-day management and maintenance of ALL social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), including posting content 7 days per week
Identify trends in community feedback and share findings with the Social Media Director, customer service team, and copywriter to ensure proper responses are given, and all customers are taken care of appropriately
Change the bio on IG with relevant information leading up to drops, on drop days, and after drops
Update IG highlights daily/weekly with relevant slides, and conduct monthly IG highlights audits to ensure highlights stay relevant and compelling
Content Creation
Maintain an updated social media calendar for creative team and input projects and timelines into Monday (project management program), overseeing progress and deadlines to ensure goals will be met efficiently and effectively
Coordinate with creative team to create stories content as needed, including but not limited to:
Sourcing positive comments or tagged photos from community to use
Coordinating with members of SET team to answer questions or create content for stories
Working with Operations team to identify which products should be featured
Assist Social Media Director as needed:
Oversee the logistics of all social shoots
Ensure models and studios are booked
Ensure we have all samples needed, if not in office, pull from the warehouse
Work with the creative team to create highly detailed shot lists for photoshoots
Support Social Media Director, models, and photographers on site at photoshoots by assisting with styling and capturing a wide variety of creative behind the scenes photos and videos
Research trends across multiple social media platforms and propose new ideas for content regularly
Contribute copy as needed for stories and social captions
Misc.
Take the lead on additional social media marketing initiatives, such as our Tik Tok ambassador program
Qualifications
Proven work experience in a Social Media role (1-3 years)
Experience in primary relevant social media platforms — e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter
Strong time management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to apply strategy to creative ideas
Well-versed in ever-evolving, relevant social media trends + ability to conceptualize ways for a brand to partake in said trends
Ability to present creative concepts and analytics
