We have grown really fast, totally organically (we acquired over 100k users with over one million videos watched in the last 6 months alone!) About the position
Mine’d is building the creator economy of emotional support, and in turn providing modern and accessible emotional wellness for all. Mine’d app users find and connect with wellness creators through on-demand and live streaming content, and have access to a safe and supportive digital community.
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic digital marketing manager to work with our Head of Brand & Marketing on all of Mine’d’s customer acquisition and retention efforts across lifecycle and e-mail marketing, paid social, influencer and affiliate. With a specific focus on retention and loyalty efforts designed to drive conversion and increase revenue, you are a strategist and an analyst — data-driven and big-picture thinking. This role works as part of a growing cross-functional team including brand marketing, creative, operations and product, and calls for someone who is nimble, a self-starter and passionate about building something from the ground up.
The responsibilities of this role will be broken down as follows:
60% Lifecycle & Retention Marketing: e-mail, push, SMS
20% Paid Social & Acquisition Marketing: working with paid social agency on acquisition and ads
20% Miscellaneous Digital Marketing Tasks
You have…
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-mail marketing, growth marketing or loyalty at a tech company, digital agency, media company or consumer startup
Understanding of and experience with CRM platforms (Iterable, Braze, Hubspot) to segment users, build campaigns and measure performance
Fluency of the digital marketing landscape including social platforms, paid ads and e-mail marketing
Experience working cross-functionally with design, product, copy and operations to bring projects to life and pivot quickly when necessary
Keen business acumen with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to initiate action
Strong analytical skills – you are comfortable collecting and interpreting data and presenting it to the larger team with actionable insights and takeaways
Unparalleled attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills and a track record of effective prioritization
A passion for mental health, emotional wellness and psychology!

Objectives
Work with brand, product and creatives team to create 360 digital-first marketing strategies and campaigns to support core brand messaging + new product launches to drive customer acquisition, increase retention and achieve strong ROI
Understanding the Mine’d product and our customer journey, ideate and execute e-mail, push and SMS campaigns to deepen engagement, push adoption of new product features and continuously turn app installers into recurring paid subscribers.
Work with Brand Marketing and Design on creative development for all lifecycle campaigns — making data-informed recommendations for message sequencing, email designs, subject lines and delivery cadence to improve performance KPIs
Develop personalized retention strategies to drive tune in to content on the Mine’d app, create visibility for our experts and promote new content series, courses and live sessions.
Manage the Mine’d CRM platform — including creating and testing new user segments, setting up automations, building out campaigns and user flows and uploading & testing creative assets
Build and deploy weekly Mine’d newsletter, optimizing for open-rate and click-through rate by A/B testing headlines, formats and content types.
Work with Head of Brand and paid social agency to define campaign strategy, messaging, and user funnels for scalable audience acquisition across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Apple Search and Google Search
Serve as day-to-day point person for paid social agency in developing and coordinating creative assets, monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns in alignment with overall company goals and revenue targets
Assist in populating and maintaining digital marketing calendar with specific promotions, paid social pushes and email blasts
Contribute to the development of affiliate partnerships, influencer marketing and other digital marketing levers to drive growth
Compile marketing analytics including in-app performance, social metrics and e-mail metrics; providing recommendations for best practices and implementation
Support the Head of Brand with strategic insights and recommendations by staying on top of competitors across platforms and influential voices in the mental health and emotional wellness space
