About the Position

As an Agency Service Intern, you will provide value in each conversation and set LTK Agencies up for success by delivering fast, accurate, technical assistance. You will assist in setting up Agencies and Agent accounts, troubleshoot issues, and answer other technical questions around LTK platforms. 

As an Agency Services Intern, you are an expert in understanding and, more importantly, communicating technical issues to LTK Agents and internal team members... During a typical day, you may be asked to set up a new account, update Creator information, identify the root cause of an issue and collaborate with internal departments to work on a solution. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer technical tickets from both internal and external sources in a timely manner

  • Triage issues to determine the solution and business impact

  • Identify and escalate critical problems

  • Be a point of escalation for common Agency questions

  • Provide clear documentation of best practices for LTK Agencies

  • Write both internal and external knowledge base articles

  • Work with product teams and account managers to solve problems

  • Educate and evangelize LTK best practices to build awareness for how other teams impact the business, ensuring alignment in cross-team initiatives.

Also, the Agency  Services Intern will act as an advocate for the client by viewing the world from their point of view, and ensuring we have set the client up for success.

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience managing technical questions and common support issues

  • SQL, Excel, and Terminal experience required

  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-specialists

  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues

  • Experiencing working within tight SLAs

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies

  • An understanding of social media and influencer marketing

Bonus points for

  • Obsession with numbers and data, a deep desire to prove yourself right or wrong and make smart decisions.

  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems

  • Understanding of popular blogging platforms and familiarity with other content management systems
