About the Position
Joyasol is based in Menlo Park, California and is planning to launch Spring 2023. We are seeking a Social Media and Design intern to assist with various tasks including:
Engaging on social media platforms to increase awareness and build community.
Providing graphic design and photography for print and web.
Researching and writing content for blog and social media posts.
Assisting with researching trends, colors and designing shoe concepts.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate.
Experience in creating dynamic social content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Experience in growing a social media account by increasing engagement, followers, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and using a DSLR camera a bonus.
Highly organized, creative and a team player with enthusiasm to work at an early-stage startup.
Passion for sustainability, the environment, and ethics. A love for shoes is a bonus!
Please note that this is a paid, part-time internship position to begin Fall 2022.
Compensation
5-10 hours per week at $18-20/hour DOE. 3-month minimum commitment.
