Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the participation in the development and management of e-commerce and other digital campaigns across a variety of channels, in close collaboration with other marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Support the digital team in all the daily tasks of e-retail and e-commerce.
Assist in the process of opening e-corners of the brand following image guidelines: evaluation of web environment, product files, etc.
Collaboration in the e-trade plan in both social media and the retailers’ websites.
Support in monthly reports, including the presentation and analysis of sales, campaigns’ performance, customers’ behavior by reference, benchmark of sites, among other KPIs.
Participate in the launch of campaigns across websites, in line with the brand’s launching calendar and activations.
Manage ad-hoc projects and campaigns on social media, affiliation, email, display and other channels.
Support the CRM team in the management of campaigns (direct mailers, tracking, reporting, etc.) and Loyalty program needs (gifts, stock control, etc.).
Analysis and monitoring of the competitors’ websites and benchmarks

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising or related field. Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) and mid-level proficiency in Adobe Pack (Photoshop mainly). Knowledge of CRM platforms is considered a plus.
Previous professional experience in e-retail and/or digital marketing positions will be considered a plus.
