About the Position

As a Brand Marketing Specialist for North Italia, a growing modern Italian concept known for its handcrafted cuisine, beautiful spaces and great hospitality, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing holistic campaigns that resonate with our diverse guest base. From helping craft innovative plans to ensuring brand consistency across all channels, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening market presence, driving guest engagement and supporting business growth through creative storytelling and data driven strategies.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing and external agencies to implement national promotions, oversee creative production, and manage digital marketing campaigns. You’ll develop assets for our own channels, coordinate with vendors, and analyze campaign performance, all while ensuring consistent messaging that amplifies our brand's presence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation and communication of national marketing promotions and programs.

  • Manage our digital marketing campaigns, including content updates, list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking across email and web.

  • Collaborate with the Director and agency to develop and execute media plans that build awareness and drive traffic.

  • Write comprehensive and detailed project briefs for all marketing assets across channels.

  • Oversee the production of brand-level creative for all in-restaurant materials and campaigns, including pre-production for photo and video shoots.

  • Direct brand social channels and support the Coordinator to create and distribute organic and paid content.

  • Function as a key liaison between agency partners and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely development of marketing materials.

  • Oversee all campaign wrap-up decks, including analysis of KPIs for campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or public relations.

  • Strong adaptability and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Basecamp) is a plus.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $79,000 / Year
