About the Position
The Assistant Merchandiser for Core Intimates brands is responsible for assisting in assortment strategy. He or she is responsible for helping the team with the development of the assortment, merchandise strategies and facilitating department deliverables that support in meeting these objectives. Further responsibilities are: milestone preparation and execution, system/data maintenance as well as showroom and sample management.
Responsibilities
Assists in product vision and building the North America merchandising line plan
Collaborate with key stakeholders (cross functional teams) to drive development to meet all short and long range merchandising strategies
Responsible for adhering to calendar and critical deadlines
Collaborate with design and supply chain partners to confirm assortment details and facilitate product changes
Responsible for milestone and market meetings preparation and execution (presentation decks, assortment decks, market tools, sample management, shipping & tracking)
Ownership of organization and maintenance of sample archives as well as showroom maintenance and set up
Support with late add requests from inception through execution
Responsible for the input and updating of data in merchandising tools – seasonal line matrix, style set up systems, capacity file, style tracker
Provide teams with product knowledge and serve as an informational resource
Understanding of the consumer; re-search and support with competitor landscape analysis as required (store visits, selling reports, NPD data)
Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years merchandising or sales experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in merchandising or related field
Skills:
Detail oriented
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
High level of analytical skills and conceptual creative ability

Pay Range: $56,650 - $77,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
